
In January and February, the Public Service Commission will host a series of night hearings related to Docket No. 2019-290-WS, which involves Blue Granite Water Company’s request for authority to adjust the company’s rate schedules and to increase its rates. These hearings are designed to give you, the Blue Granite Water Company consumer, the opportunity to speak directly to the Commissioners of the PSC and let them know your thoughts regarding Blue Granite’s request.
These hearings will begin at six p.m. each evening and will take place on the following schedule:

Attendees interested in testifying will be allotted three minutes to speak—to do so, you’ll sign in upon arrival and write “Yes” under the column asking if you want to testify. All testimony will be given under oath and entered into the record of the case, subject to objection by the parties.
