As we head into autumn, the PSC is keeping busy with regular meetings and a slate of briefings and hearings, all of which will be livestreamed to the public. Please note that the PSC offices will be closed on September 2nd in recognition of Labor Day. We will reopen at 8:15 a.m. on Tuesday, September 3rd.
September 4 at 10:00 a.m.—the PSC will host an allowable ex parte briefing in ND-2019-21-E by request of Duke Energy Carolinas, LLC relating to DEC’s Anderson-based energy storage and microgrid project. That briefing will be broadcast live at this link.
September 10 at 10:00 a.m.—Duke Energy Carolinas, LLC’s annual fuel base rate review will be conducted at the Commission office. You can review the complete docket at this link, where you’ll find all participants and materials in downloadable format. You can watch this live at this link.
September 11 at 2:00 p.m.—Scheduled Commission Business Meeting
